I am a native of Cleveland, Ohio, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in ​Business Administration with a concentration in management, and a Master ​Degree in Management from Ursuline College with a concentration in Women in ​Leadership.


I was initiated into our beloved sisterhood on April 29, 2005 Theta Eta Citywide ​Chapter. After graduating from David N. Myers University, I joined the Greater ​Cleveland Alumnae Chapter May 14, 2005 where I have been an active member ​with 19 years of continuous service.


Currently, I am a HR professional at University Hospitals in Talent Acquisition. ​As a Recruiter II, I support Home Care Services, Care Transitions and ​Receptions. I have 15 years of experience in recruitment which includes, ​identifying talent, reviewing applications, and collaborating with leaders in the ​selection process. I am confident that my skills are transferable to the position of ​Midwest Regional Alumnae Member, 2026 Nominating Committee.

As part of my Delta journey, it is my desire to continue to work ​with my local chapter and the Midwest Regional Leadership. ​Therefore, I am seeking the office of Midwest Region Alumnae ​Member, 2026 Nominating Committee because I will be ​committed, dedicated, reliable, and trustworthy to working with ​the nominating committee to present a complete slate of ​candidates at the 2026 Midwest Regional Conference.
